Day of Coordination Services

Includes:

• One planning meeting 30- 45 days prior to ceremony to solidify timeline, event flow Floor-plan layout, and seating. Emails will be provided to all vendors for their confirmation 
• Unlimited phone, text and email privileges 30 days prior and up to wedding day.
• Preparation of a ceremony rehearsal and a ceremony and reception timeline
• Vendor confirmation of wedding day the week of your event. Includes confirmation of all Payments made and remaining
• Set up of wedding photographs, guest books, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc. 

*Please note that a set up team for DIY centerpieces, linens, draping and large items must be provided separately. 

Wedding Day

• Attending, overseeing and directing your wedding ceremony and reception (up to 13 hours)

• Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors, directing vendors to their appropriate set up areas 
• Confirm  appropriate set-up of  wedding ceremony areas by vendors as planned
• Confirmation of correct placement of table numbers, place cards, programs, and wedding favors placed by your set up team
• Cake Cutting Services, Boxing Remaining Cake and Anniversary Tier
• Day of Rehearsal ( Rehearsal the day before $350.00 if planner is available)
• Assistance with handing out wedding flowers, pinning on corsages, boutonnieres
• Assisting wedding party to get in place to walk down the aisle.
• Confirming flowers are held correctly, timing is perfect, wedding dress trains are straight
• Confirming photographer gets your desired photos. Making sure family members are available and in place for the photographer
• Ensuring wedding reception area is set-up as planned, candles lit, DJ on schedule
• Ensuring maintenance of established wedding timeline 
• Ensuring all vendors receive final payments per your agreed terms
• Coordinating where the gifts received at wedding will be packed at the end of the event, and Collecting guest books, cameras, personal items, etc. to be packed into designated vehicle
• Making sure transportation is running on time
• Preventing and fixing any problems that may arise during your wedding day, while helping you maintain a cool composure
• Providing a stress-free wedding day for the bride and groom!!!
