How does it work?

Hello! Let us guide you through planning your best picnic experience! This is meant to be easy, so let’s walk through it together.

First, select a collection. We currently offer 4 amazing picnic collections: Cute and comfy, Boho Chic, Elegant and classy, and Grand Luxe.

Second select a setup. Each collection has specific setups! Please select a setup that best fits your style and vision! Please contact a member of or team to discuss changes or customizations! 

Third select any add-ons. Our team has curated a list of add-on items to enhance your picnic experience! Additions include charcuterie boards, cup cakes, Small cakes, Mimosas, Mocktails, projectors and décor to personalize your unique experience. See our current offerings under Add-Ons.

Lastly, book with us! After you’ve selected all your choices, finalize a date and time and leave the rest of the details to us!

How do I add additional time or guests to my picnic packages?

You may add additional time to your picnic at a rate of $100/hr. Please see your selected collection/package details for price of additional guests. For any additional questions related to number of guests or additional time please contact us at Southernbellepicnic@gmail.com.

Am I allowed to bring my own food & drinks?

Yes! You are more than welcome to bring your own food and drinks if you prefer. If you would like for us to arrange refreshments for the picnic, we have a variety of snacks and beverages to choose from to make your picnic experience easy! Just show up and we will take care of the rest. Please see our current food & beverage offerings under Add-Ons.

Where does my picnic take place?

We Currently provide services at Buffalo Bayou park, Private homes, and Event venues. We service the Houston/Katy area and have scoped out the best spots for luxury picnics around the area. We are also open to suggestions if you have a special spot in mind! A $50 fee for delivery and set-up will be added to all packages. 

Can we leave prior to our scheduled end time?

Of course! We just ask that you provide us with 15-20 minutes notice via text message or phone call. Our phone numbers can be found on our business card and rules of engagement which will both be located at your picnic. Please do not leave without notifying a member of our team. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for all picnic items until our team member returns to the picnic location.

What happens if I’m running late?

Your picnic starts at the scheduled time you selected during booking. Thank you in advance for respecting our time as we respect yours. Please plan accordingly for Houston traffic!!

We know life gets in the way, so we offer a 15 minute grace period but please plan to arrive on time. Late arrivals are subject to additional late fees.

Can I reschedule or cancel my reservation?

Southern Belle Picnic, LLC does not offer Refunds of any services offered. We understand personal circumstances may change so we allow Guests to reschedule a booking. Guests who wish to reschedule a booking must give a 24hr notice to Southern Belle Picnic, LLC team prior to the scheduled booking. The new rescheduled date must be within 30 days of the original booking date.

Weather Conditions: Rescheduling is allowed for unpredictable and inclement weather conditions. If the forecast predicts bad weather conditions (extreme colds/winds/rain) on the day of your event, we will allow you to reschedule the booking to any future available date within 30 days of your original booking. Please reach out to us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking to let us know you wish to reschedule.

If you prefer to take a chance and proceed with your scheduled picnic there will be no option to reschedule and no refund will be issued in the event of inclement weather.

Is alcohol allowed?

We offer the add-on of Champagne and Mimosas for private home and venues (Provided this is allowed by the venue). It is the responsibility of the Client and Guests to check alcohol laws of any venue or public space being used for one of our picnics.

Most public parks prohibit alcohol consumption. Southern Belle Picnic, LLC and the city of Houston take no responsibility for any alcohol consumption, related injury, or penalties occurred by you of your guests.
